If you’re looking for a different spring sport that is fun and fast, try lacrosse!

The Phantoms will be fielding both middle school teams open to players in 5th – 8th grade.

NEW FOR 2025: BOYS AND GIRLS TEAMS!

FIRST MEETING FOR 2025 SEASON:
MARCH 17, 5:30PM

Location TBA

Season – MARCH 17 THROUGH JUNE 15.  

Home Field:  Elks/JB Chambers Memorial Park – 1510 Wood Street, Wheeling, WV 26003

Practices –  TUESDAY and THURSDAY  6:00 to 7:30  and GAMES on the Weekends. 
JB Chambers City of Wheeling 16th Street Turf Field.

League Affiliations – WVSLA (West Virginia Scholastic Lacrosse Association)

WPYLA (Western Pennsylvania Youth Lacrosse Association)

BOYS TEAM FEES: 

7th and 8th Grade – $285.00.

5th and 6th Grade – $265.00

GIRLS TEAM FEES:

$150

Required Equipment – BOYS:
Black Helmet, Shoulder Pads (both NOCSAE compliant), Elbow Pads, Gloves, Mouthguard, Cleats, Cup, and Stick.

Required Equipment – GIRLS:
Protective goggles or helmet, mouth guard, cleats, stick
